Article Post Frequency, how often?

I'm just wondering what is your guys' frequency of posting the same article for your tier 1 content? I'm talking about this setting: http://prntscr.com/2w42lh I would love to hear what you guys change this setting to if at all! Thanks!

    i have completely disabled it , i create automatic content which has 10 sentences per sentence in spintx format .

    What would you recommend for me that my article is spun more on the word level but not the sentence level and not every single word either? Should I stick with that setting?
