How to identify contextual engines from .ini file

@Sven,
I want to extract footprints for contextual and dofollow engines from ini files. Dofollow is straight forward but I couldn't find any means to figure out the contextual engines.

What should I be looking for the .ini fils

    Contextual engines are those with [Article] as section or [About_yourself] and a "allow html=1" as content.
