Assign proxies on campaign/project level?

wondering if there is a way to assign proxies to individual projects.

i have paid proxies that i dont want to use with certain geographic based projects

is there a way to tell 1 particular project to not use private proxy and use public/harvested one?

i searched but wasnt successful. thanks for any help
