How many links should I build in tier 1 to go for tier 2 link building.

qwerty  for new sites start out from 20 per day and later gradually rise the number . For every T1 link get 10 T2 links . good luck 

Some pips here build solid t1 before starting lower tiers / some do it right away . it's up to you and your tests .
