Appdata folder deosn't re-find in global settings

Please see screenshots. I want to return the folder for "Submitted" to point in the AppData folder again, but SER doesn't locate the folder. Is this a bug? How do I return it to point in the AppData folder? Thats no bug but the way how windows behaves. It simply doesn't show certain folders if you did not have the option enabled to show system/hidden folders.
