importing urls

I want to import a list of urls to submit to. I right click on the project and then "import target urls". Is there anything I need to change in the options settings to ensure that only those site are submitted to? Can I just fill out the relevant data fields and I'm good to go?

sitelists in individual projects must be totally unticked
