anchor text

Hi, I seem to be having a problem with my anchor text. I have deselected the "use domain as anchor text" option but most of the links I'm getting have the domain as anchor text.

I have the following options selected:

• collect keywords from target sites
• use keywords as anchor text

Also, under the anchor text field, it says, "this is ignored if you use an anchor texts in the url field". What exactly does this mean?

some engines simply don't use an anchor but the plain url...disable those in options->types of backlinks.

anchor texts in the url field << click EDIT next to the URL input field to add an URL with anchor text.
