My Captcha Breaker is not Working at all

Hi
My Captcha breaker is not working at all. I tried with different software (Mass Email Creator, GSA SER). Before it was really good 3 months back but i took some rest from SEO stuff and i was outsourcing. Now i came back and re-install the Windows, the licence everything install properly its updating as well but its not grabbing Captcha from GSA SER or Mass email creator. 
Any Solution.

    run SER as admin. Im not sure how this Mass email creator is sending captchas though.

    Work for SER but having problems with Mass Email Creator which was working before. I have to run in simulation mode for bypass captcha or other but now its not working even i made the mode as Admin.

    Is this Mass Email Creator available for testing somewhere as demo version?
