Best moneysite options

Hey what would you guys consider the best option for the highest quality settings for local seo? I don't care about low LPM, I just want high quality tier 1 links. I am thinking only 1 link per domain and skip all non-english countries?

    'Highest quality' is relative. I'm happy with anywhere I can place at least few hundred words and a contextual link.

    Yeah, I am thinking mainly engine-wise. Web 2.0's obviously, but I don't consider them an option to use in GSA. Because it build 1 link per day or so with those.

    In the engine section I would select (right click) contextual, follow links. Then look through what is left checked and see what looks good to you. There are plenty of web2.0s out there.

    Filter by PR/PA/DA.
    Take advantage of the various filtering capabilities in SER.
    Use manually spun content.
    Contextual engines.

    That's just off the top of my head.
