about anchor text

hello

im using GSA for many project. i looking my sites with ahrefs and i see "visit poster's website", <a>noText<⁄a> etc

how can i solve this ? i dont want this anchor text.

2. GSA = Company, GSA SER is the short term for GSA Search Engine Rsnker.

3. that <a>No Text</a> is the ahrefs definition for an URL without any text like an URL with an image as link.
