Can't Download Updates
Whenever I try to Download a update 2.43 on CB and 7.65 on SER.
I always get Unable to download update. OR i'll get Setup Files are corrupt. How do I get it to update? If I download it directly from the site manually won't it ask me again for my License information? (Which I have no idea which keys belong to which servers).

this sounds like a problem with your anti virus. Turn that off please.
A manual download + install works as well. You are not asked to reenter license keys.
