Allocating number of threads used by project

As the title says allocating the number of threads a project can use (by project) would be handy instead of / as well as priority - That way I could allocate say x threads to one project and let the rest share what's left.

You can use the priority buttons to do that somewhat. Click the ++ for more allocation and -- for less allocation.
  • True Brandon but number of threads per project give better control.

    no, will not happen sorry
  • Is there a mathematical formula behind the ++ and -- options? EG 10% more CPU for this project, or how does it work exactly? Would be intrigued to know.

Don't want to be annoying @Sven but any specific reason you decided to go with the ++/-- system instead of just allowing users to allocate exact # of threads?
Not complaining, just trying to understand.

To complicated, the way it is now is even too much for some it seems.
