Country specific backlinks helps in ranking country specific web sites?
Hello everyone,
So, recently i was looking at the SER feature which can filter the backlinks according to their server location and domain extensions as well, so i was thinking, if we are looking to rank a web site only for UK market, we will buy .co.uk domain and UK based hosting of course, but, will it help the ranking if we filter the backlinks so our links would appear only on pages with .co.uk extension as well as hosted on UK servers ? Have anyone ever tried something like this ? I have a feeling that this could work, i mean, why would someone from Canada or USA post the link back to the life insurance quotes for UK
