Captcha Breaker keeps locking up

@sven: CB has frozen 4 times in the last 2 days. Not sure why.

Me too, causes SER to run out off memory as it just keeps opening new projects whilst it waits for CB

No problems on any of my servers and I tend to push them to the max.

Think it's getting stuck on a captcha, next time it happens I'll try and find out which one it is, but normally the CB window is just white

Do you have a secondary service set in CB? If so, disable and see if that helps.

no secondary service. CB hangs, and then SER hangs waiting for it.

@sven How do I stop CB from freezing? What would cause this? When it stops, it stops SER.

start it with -debug as commandline parameter so it it saves the captcha is has problems with. I need that one (*.dat file in program folder).

Hello @sven I'm having same issue since today, CB was working flawlessly for days and just started to crash every few seconds. Here's debug .dat file: http://www22.zippyshare.com/v/68847680/file.html edit: running it on Windows 7 32-bit, there's no issue with lack of memory or any resources, tried restarting whole virtual machine as well, did not help.

@sven Can you please explain how to start the -debug and get you the .dat file. Mine is doing the same thing as described above, but is happening on two servers.  Has been happening for some time and posted about it here:https://forum.gsa-online.de/discussion/13847/anyone-have-problem-with-gsa-capbreak-exe-automatically-popping-up-and-freezing-submissions#latest before but glad to have found this thread.

you would start the program with that command line. 

1. create a shortcut from SER executabel to desktop

2. show settings -> edit command line and add -debug to it
