Do These PHP "Backlinks" Really Count?

I checked my verified links and I saw this:

If i'm not mistaken, these are exploits, right?
So, do they really count as backlinks? Because they are not clickable and the links are not formed as the usual URL (http://+domain name+.com/), I doubt it.

    no, those do not count...correcting this in next version. The sample above should not get counted as verified.

    @Sven: I just updated my GSA SER and it appears that these kind of exploits still count as verified links so I've decided to just disable all the submission to exploits.
