Using only imported URLs - yet some other URLs are also used

Hello guys.  Quick one - here's test project settings: http://i.imgur.com/CMOpNmL.png, i.e - post only to imported URLs.

I Import Target URLs - 3 total. 

But - it seems to post to variety of other URLs.
I then duplicate project - just data/options, clear site_list-verify, site_list-success, SER then reaches for the Outer Space, I do not know what else , and grabs some URL to post to from there.

Where do these come from?

some of your choosen engines use fixed urls...so they will create accounts and submit to fixed sites. Mainly Web2.0 engines and URL Shortener.
