How to create backlinks from jcow/elgg/phpfox

I just wondering how to setup GSA setting to create backlinks from only those (jcow/elgg/phpfox). What do i need to have (articles, emails e.t.c ) ?

Just enabel the engines and you see what fields are shown to require your input.
