How to get a high Ahrefs URL Rank quickly?

Hi,

I want a page on my domain to have a high URL Rank, how can I do that the quickest with GSA?
A competitor of mine has an URL Rank of 80 with a lot of Spam links.

    then buy ahrefs membership and download all his links and  add them in your project targets . 
    But I hope this is your churn and burn site .

    Just checked one of my churn and burns and it has a url rank of 76, so just do the same and throw big amounts of garbage at it. But really, why would it ever be a goal to have a high url rank?? If you care about your site, you should forget about it and just do quality links.
