How to submit links only by link list in GSA

I am new to GSA i dont see any toutorial how i need create link only bu using my link list.

For eg: I want to add bookmarking link only to http://bbs.duowan.com/forum.php

    Thanks for this link video is very useful to setup my campaign but I have issue in setting up yahoo mail pop3 and captcha sniper

    Is there any video which show the speed and performance how many links it can post in 1 minutes using scraped URL list. Because my current submission rate is very low after 1 hour I have only 50 links posted
