Maybe other languages are also affected. Input: Dummy project with cyrillic keywords, option to always use KWs to find targets is enabled. Output: http://imgur.com/rtlNwbK Wrong encoding can be clearly seen from provided screenshot.

double click on that line and you will see it's ok in search engine...just for log it's written like that (speed related)
