Anchor Variation "Domain as anchor text" outputs domain without full URL

edited February 2014 in Bugs
For example, we have URL set as "www.example.com/page2" and anchor is "anchor". We set "Domain as anchor text" as 50%. Output anchors are composed of: "anchor", "example.com", "w.example.com" and only some few "www.example.com/page2". Why is that and where these unwanted anchors came from?

w.example.com or www.example.com ? Everything else is as it should be. The domain anchor has many variations. Some take the full url, some with domain, sub domain ...
  • "w.example.com or www.example.com ?" Yes, these ones. I address the case if we building links to a specific URL, not entire domain. In this case, I think that this option should not cut anything that goes after domain name. Maybe Im wrong. Maybe it is possible to add little checkbox like "Use full URL as domain name" or something like that. It will be useful, I think.
