semi private proxies "temp ban" on google?/project not running

Spoke with my proxy company, and it looks like its just a temp ban.

"To prevent Google temporary block issue please follow these instructions, If you didn't apply proper delay settings wile using Scrapebox or GSA then this will happen every time... To prevent issues with Google it's always recommended to use 1 connection per 10 private proxy + use at least 5 seconds delay while Google harvesting..."

Is there a way we can set a delay on private proxies so they rotate out?
Not sure what to change out to fix this from happening again? I would hope this is what i couldnt get SERengines to work, it would start the project and just sit there. Thanks again.

proxies are rotated by default on each new query. Nothing you have to do here. But you should maybe set a much higher waiting time between search queries with many proxies. 120 sec or 180 maybe.
