What is the limit ?

Hello Sven, 

I'd like to know why when I set the value in the options thread, SER does not seem to get to it. 


I have a potential of about 400 thread and as we can see from the picture, the verification should be a good time to reach them. 

On my systems resources and after that displayed in SER, there is enough to send stronger, but it does not. 

For what reason ?

    Sorry, can have several issues. Usually when a link is verified it slows down a bit due to other things that need to be done than (resolve DNS, PR, save verified url, add to GUI...).
