Low Submit to verified rates?

Hello , I have around 25-40 LPM but very low Submit to verified rate....picture says it all

what can i do to fix it?

There are a lot of things that affect verfication rate. Proxies, Captcha, Bandwidth and your SER filters. I can't say exactly what is going on but you can add me in skype if you want me to have a look on your SER settings.

I've bought proxies , I have good LPM but again low sub-verified rates..
