SER is not responding

I am seeing "SER is not responding" a lot recently, right now 3 of my servers all locked up with this problem.

Anyone else have the same problem?

    After the last update (7,50) SER and CB is constantly not responding :\ Running everything on VPS - 3gb Ram,2 vCores,Windows 2008 Everytime 99 % cpu even in task manager :\ Any sollution to this ?

    My task manager shows only 20 - 30% usage, but still i see "not responding".
    @sven could you look into this please.
