backing up settings also takes site lists

I am in process of transfering license to VPS.

I noticed when I backed up the settings, it backed up all actual settings perfect, it even resized my window exactly the same.. nice!

but it didnt backup or take the site lists. When I went into show identified, it showed a big fat 0

it should backup all this I feel this is like the most important 'setting' to restore!

what do you think
or am i doing something wrong

could be that you use a different login name? In that case the path might be wrong and can not be created.

that may actually be it. (server user is admin). not sure if this is fixable?
i imported all lists tho
