Is there a step-by-step guide on ranking new websites using GSA ?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone has a good tutorial for ranking brand new websites on Google using only GSA

I know there was a few guides here but i`m curious to see if anyone has one tutorial which he used to rank new websites in 2014

My main concern is how to rank new websites. Since it`s not a video blasting with backlinks definitely is not a solution

Could anyone please share if there`s such a tutorial here ?
