How to import a list of urls and post ONLY to that list? No keyword search

I've imported a lisdt and left these to options unchecked: collect keywords from target sites use collected keywords to find new target sites Yet, but I run a project.. I still get submissions to domains that are NOT in my original list. Am I missing something? Thank you. Also, checked "Show left urls from list" (or something like that? and number does not go down. I also unchecked: "always use keywords to find targets"-

Open your project options.

Right click on where the search engines are listed and click check none.

Also make sure these 4 boxes are unchecked.

You should probably delete your target url history/cache too.

Then import your list.

I had visually checked the search engine list to see if they were all unchecked and I could swear I saw it that way. 
Anyways, looks like right clicking and selecting "none" did the trick!
