Is it SER that spams Wordpress Contact Form Plugin?

I get a ton of spam emails using this plugin and i have now also received a complaint from my server company regarding sending unsolicited spam emails.
Does SER mistake this contact form for one of the engines? Or is another software responsible?

@coneh34d - That plugin works only with Wordpress comments, not contact form 7... Or did i misunderstand what it does?
