how to determine bottlenecks?

What can I look for in the logs, or some other way, the determine current bottlenecks to fix? Proxy issues, captcha issues, etc whatever else that might be a current sticking point that I can try and improve. I just have no idea how best to even read logs and start.

see the log time between two lines. If there is a big gap, you might see at that part to improve it.
