Bug in Format of URL with Anchor

Hi @Sven and all,

found a wrong URL formatting - again because of "\" slash: example -  http://www4.excise.go.th/\http://space.thoenradio.com/link.php?url=ZmF2c3RvcmUub3JnL2hhcmRtYW4ucGhw\

You can see it here (ANCHOR URL, not the simple URL): http://www4.excise.go.th/modules.php?name=Your_Account&op=userinfo&username=GenesisLa

Please fix this.

I think it's the site itself, not the engine or a bug.

However I try to change things (changing href="url" to href=url") in the hope it will fix this for all.

  •  @Sven, at the end there is the second "\" slash. Then, maybe to href=url and not href=url"? - to eliminate the second slash too?

No, I think that site simply tries to add \" for every " when adding it to there database. This however is not removed when posting it later on.

You can login and test for yourself.
  • It's a good idea - I'll try.
  • Can't find any login form on this site...

    Check this one ;)
  • Thank, @Sven.

So, I checked the link and have 2 results:
1 The site itself has some problems - saves new data only till log out. After logout new data or formats disappear.
    2. But I think the format href=url (without quotes at all) might really be usable for most other sites because even this site uses format href=url right and saves without "\" slash in the right form href="url" (till logout)
