*Help* GSA SER Internet Crash

I have a problem on my pc every time, i test proxies my internet is down I have tried to lower the threads and continues in the same! 
I use Windows 7 i try use cfosspeed, netlimiter... and dont work and I have disabled firewall!

    must be a bad/low cost router that can not handle many threads/open ports.

    Thanks @sven for help.. i upgrade the firmware of router and now working ;)
