Wrong anchor text

I've found this problem with both Articles and Images.  I have #file_links[C:\Files\myanchor.txt,1,S] for my anchor text field and sometimes it will output [C:\Files\myanchor.txt as the anchor text rather than a random line from the file.

This doesn't happen all of the time maybe 10% of the time.
