Add/Edit Proxy Sites

Proxy Finder is not working since last update v.7.47 (at least for me ) cause the folder is empty and adding sites manually is not working either. The only thing that worked was adding manually the providers with notepad. Does anybody else faced the same issue?

    For a strange reason the problem solved by its own, after a minute by adding the new sites with notepad (!)? Strange!
