Is it possible to restore RSS_URL?

SER v7.47 new: rss engines no longer need RSS_URL (discovered while submitting)

Sometimes, we use customized or mash up RSS feeds which cannot be self discovered.

    I figured we could still submit the direct RSS feed URL in the URL section? 

    I guess @sven will need to confirm that though.

    The RSS_URL is discovered while parsing the original URL (see engine.ini's). I think this is the better way than having an extra field because it allows you to create a tier project with RSS engines producing direct links to the RSS Feeds from your main project'S URLs.

    If no RSS URL can be found, it uses the original URL though.
