Why am I getting "Already Parsed" and "Already Successful"?

I went into my tier 2 projects and deleted the URL Cache and the History Cache. Starting with a clean slate. I imported a scrubbed verified list that was used by these projects before. So why am I getting tons of "already parsed" and "Already Successful"?  "Already Parsed" and "Already Successful" should be a non-factor.

    "already parsed" can occure after the 2nd URL. Think like this:

    1st URL is www.blah.com

    2nd URL is www.blah.com/sublink

    If the first URL was proceed with no result it will expect the same for the 2nd and not do it

    ---

    "Already Successful" might appear if the same URL/domain produces a successful submission for that project in the past.
