I want to do what SER dos - but manually

SER has a magical way of registering and posting content to a site even though no "register" link appears on a site. Not sure how it does it, but I think it just tries different URLs, right? like "site.com/register" "site.com/newuser". I want to do the same thing, but manually. The reason I want to do this: There are many sites that SER fails at due to text captchas or questions like "which company made iphone?" So I guess I have 2 questions 1) after I run a campaign, how can I get a list of all the sites that SER failed at? 2) how can I post even though a site has no registration link anywhere?
