Spambog Email Addresses?

Hi all,

I'm already tired to manually log in to outlook email accounts and babysitting them. I want to set up spambog. emails.

Has somebody already used spambog emails? Do they work good?? If yes, how to setup them right in SER?

If that not the good option what free email provider can you recommend - without any using restrictions related to SER?
