How exactly do I create a new group

I still dont understand how to do this. Dont see an option.

Also, what does "new (enter name)" do because I never see a difference.

    Ah yes, "move to" but no way to create a new group just to create a new group

    I think there needs to be a project to move to a group before a group can  be made. It's very handy to organise everything, I have lots of groups and lots of projects, and can quite easily keep tabs on them if they are structured and organised nicely.

    thats what Im trying to do. Wish you could drag to where you want them! that would be a cool feature to add

    Drag them? Just highlight them, right click and move to group...
