drupal articles footprints

There are some drupal blog articles that have "log in or register to post comments" on the bottom of the article. There is also the kind that does not have "log in or register to post comments". That's the kind of article I want, the kind where commenting is not possible. Any idea what footprints to use?

    Sven, that won't work because it would get me all the pages where this term doesn't appear. but imagine this scenario: let's say I scrape a drupal registration page, where you are supposed to enter your email, etc. to register. the term "log in or register to post comments" does not appear on that page, so that page will be scraped and it will be included in my list. but then when SER goes to post an article, then term "log in or register to post comments" will be included under my article, which is something I dont want. or maybe I have it wrong?
