Need Suggestions for Article Spinner!

Hello all. I am looking for an article spinner which comes with a one time fee. I looked at Kontent Machine and found that it has recurring payments.. so it is a no for me.

I have also looked at the wicked article creator and it looks great and also have 1 time payment... Have any one tried the WAC? is it good for creating tier 1?? Also it has a tier 1 upgrade? Should I go with the WAC + Tier 1 upgrade or just the WAC will do the job??
