Set priority

Hi Sven, I saw that Ser (and captcha breaker) is now running on low priority. That's good if you run several programs together but It slows Ser down if you only use Ser and CB on a VPS. Can't change priority through task manager. It's locked to low. Suggestion: in options 3 priority fields with checkboxes - low - normal - high magix

    Actually no, I have not changed anything on how they run. Must have been on your system only.
