Gsa SER very slow in one of my computers

Guys:

For some reason GSA SER started to very slow in one of my computers.
I rebooted but it's still the same. Very few links are created on that one/

Any recommendations on what should I check?

    Is this a home computer? If so, what is your upload speed?

    and more important, what are your settings (public proxies?) ?

    private proxies.
    The thing is that a few days ago is was running fine like in my other PC, but now it's really slow.
    Yes it's a home computer.

    I think the problem had to do with some dead proxies. I will do more test and report back
