Question about "Active & Inactive"

I still have a small doubt:

If I activate a project that has a limit of 50 backlinks per day and in one hour he made 36 backlinks and i put inactive. So my question is if I go back to active the backlinks will start again ie will do more 50 or 14~ same day?

~14 same day.. it has a built-in timer that knows when a day is over. but be aware that it might not stop at exact 50

but the timer is count for project specific or for all
