Different between SEO and Local SEO

Can anyone tell me what is the different between SEO and Local SEO

    Hmmm well it depends on who you talk to.

    Local SEO can mean simply SEO that includes a location (local businesses for example) or it can specifically refer to SEO for Google Local listings.

    Either way it is always targeted towards geographical keywords:

    - Doctor in Miami
    - Dentist Sydney
    - London gardener

    Etc
