Is it possible to start a project at a specified time?

I'd like to be able to start a new tier (tier 2) about a week or two after my first tier. Is there a way to automate this?

Nevermind, I found the scheduler. I do have one other question though...I have my project set to post 15 +/- 2 Verified links per day. Within a half hour it's already at 1300 submitted and 23 verified. Why is it not stopping?

Im sure it stopped but of course it is verifying links even if submission stopped. Why? Because such links are life already and verification during idle time is just improving speed for later submission as it does not have to be performed then.

Also there is a better way to "schedule" tiers to submit later. In tier filter options you can say it to only submit links being XYZ days old. You might want to use that.
