Country Filter Optimize help

I've tried all possible ways to optimize the country filter but still could not achieve the desired success! I target to spain and i select "!.es" with "skip sites on following countries" with only spain flag but the GSA SER submit sites like "e.g esmarlda.com; espanha.com; esmola.com" but i need only sites with .es TLD, and i try "!.es/" but also did not work. 

Anyone know how to best optimize?

just use the last option in projects to skip submissions to certain countries/languages.

hmm thanks, but this option works only by html lang="es" ? if the command "!.es/" worked would increase our success rate for country filter because I had the test this option and it also submits websites in English sites

not any more. It tries to detect the language even if no lang=xy" was present.
