Proxy rotation each submission

is there any function that i can set the proxy to rotate for each submission? ok for example i have 10 private proxy and 1000 different website to submit.. and actually what exactly happen and how SER handle the proxy? is that 1000 different website hammering 1 private proxy until it down.. or each of 10 private proxy get its own different submission for that 1000 website.. mean rotation system

    it uses a random proxy by default.
