Question about verified url-s

When GSA SER goes scraping then it will post into "verified" folder the URL-s on where your submitted link can be found. But when I create a new project and import the "verified" list then half the URL-s there are useless because they do not have a form to post to. Instade there are URL-s where your article or whatever else is posted. 

Am I correct so far? If I am then is there a way to make it so that only the platforms that have a form (where to post to) on the same page you posted your link are in the verified list folder. This would eliminate the wasting of resources of trying to post to URL-s that do not actually have any form to post to.

    once the platform is identified, it goes to the right sub page to register/login/submit.
