delete .txt files after the import ?

Hi Sven,

if I feed any project with urls using "import target urls", is it possible to delete the .txt file right after the import procedure ?

I mean: does Ser store the imported urls (after importing) in a temp directory so I could delete the original .txt file right after the import or does it load the urls out of the original txt file step by step during the processing of the urls ?

Is it possible to load new urls out of a folder if Ser is running out of targets ? If so: how does this work ? How must I prepare the .txt files and the projects to get this to work ?

Thanks for your help...

You can delete the file after you imported it. The content is added to the projects.

If you want to automate things, you would just copy the new targets to the project folder and name that file <project name>.new_targets

  • Thanks for your help. Does Ser import the new targets automatically if they where added to the project folder in the way you described ? Or must I insert any macro to the project ?

    It does import that automatically.
  • Thanks...

Last question: it should be a .txt file, I think ?
